“I have dived into a process of constant self-evaluation where what comes first is the communication and interaction with the audience.

I like my work serving as social denunciation, like an echo of an era characterized by an excess of information and rapidity in the communications which entails that everything is defined by immediacy or ephemerality, erasing the borders existing between what is really necessary and the superficial, causing simultaneously an anaesthetization growing day after day.

I saw and I am understanding how the artwork must be used sometimes to ask questions, to prompt the viewer to raise questions. To do so, I use personal memories, which occur sometimes in absurd situations but which express at times the true essence of man. My fears, my complexes are as many obstacles that I put before me to face them and to learn from them.”

Graduated in fine arts from the Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (1995) and in illustration (with honors) from the same school (1997).

He completes his training with a diploma in Advertising and Communication, with honors, from the Universidad Autonoma of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (2001).
